This Agreement covers exclusively any sale of products through the website www.lakeandhill.com of the company Lake & Hill based in Kastoria.
Every visitor and user who uses the services of our online store is considered to consent to and accept all the terms set forth herein, without any exception.
ORDERS:
All transactions carried out on www.lakeandhill.com are governed by the Consumer Protection Law (L. 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance sales, as supplemented-amended by the K.Y.A.

To make a purchase from our online store you must be an adult.
Orders placed through www.lakeandhill.com only once accepted by our business, that is until you receive an e-mail from us accepting your order (Order Confirmation).
Before placing an order, please be fully aware of the following:
– the characteristics of the product you wish to buy.
– the listed prices of our products for sale, which include the statutory VAT.
– information on the shipping charges of the products for sale.
– The various offers are valid while stocks last.
Our company provides the user with the possibility of ordering products through
online store and receiving these products through a courier company. In addition, we provide you with the option of receiving the products of your order from our store.
In the event that products are listed on our website at the wrong price due to an error, but your order has already been accepted by us before
detection of the error, you will receive an email from us as soon as possible, informing you of the error and asking you if you wish to proceed with the purchase of the product you have already ordered with its new correct price.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of transactions. This will be valid from the moment this text is updated for any change.
DIFFERENCE:
If any part of the contract is found to be invalid, the rest of the contract is not affected and will continue to apply.
GOVERNING LAW – JURISDICTION:
This contract is governed by Greek law and legislation regulating electronic commerce and consumer protection and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kastoria.
